The UniPrep Method™

How UniPrep works.

Five steps, one system — from the first assessment to weekly quizzes and monthly reports you can actually see. The same managed Math, English, and Reading & Writing program for every family, at every grade.

See the full step-by-step process
  1. Step 1

    Free Assessment

A short diagnostic in your child's actual grade across Math, English, and Reading & Writing, plus an advisor call. You get a written readiness report — yours to keep, no obligation.

  2. Step 2

    Personalized Learning Plan

Your advisor turns the assessment into a clear program: the Math, English, and Reading & Writing skills to build, the order to build them in, and what success looks like.

  3. Step 3

    Tutor Match

We hand-pick a certified tutor for the program — subject, grade level, and personality. If the first match isn't right, we re-match at no cost.

  4. Step 4

    Weekly Sessions & Quizzes

Consistent one-to-one sessions, in-centre or online, followed by a weekly quiz. Tutors work from UniPrep's Math, English, and Reading & Writing workbooks — no improvising.

  5. Step 5

    Monthly Progress Reports

Every month you get a clear report: quiz results, skills mastered, and next steps in your parent dashboard. Your advisor reviews progress with you — you never have to chase.

What families notice

What changes for your child after UniPrep starts.

Three things every UniPrep family experiences in the first month.

Visible academic momentum

Skill gaps the assessment flagged start closing in the first 3–4 sessions. You see weekly improvement in the parent dashboard, not at report-card time.

Less stress at homework time

Students arrive at sessions with a plan and leave with structured practice. Homework stops being a daily battle.

Clarity for parents

You know what's being worked on, what's going well, and what's next — without chasing the tutor for updates.

Why families switch

UniPrep vs. the worksheet chains.

The difference between a managed academic plan and a stack of photocopies.

Testimonials

What Ontario parents say.

Real families who traded the worksheet grind for a plan built around their child.

"The assessment found gaps two grades back that her school had never flagged. Within a term she was working at grade level and actually confident in math."
PPriya S.Parent of a Grade 5 student
"What sold us was the weekly session report. We always know exactly what was covered and what's next — no chasing, no guessing."
DDaniel O.Parent of a Grade 7 student
"Our son was bored in class, so they placed him a grade ahead. He's challenged again and looks forward to his sessions. Nothing like the worksheet grind we tried before."
MMei L.Parent of a Grade 3 student

Our plans

Plans built around your child — not a price sheet.

After your child's free academic assessment, your advisor recommends a plan that fits the gap and the goal. We walk you through the pricing, the schedule, and what's included. No checkout funnel, no upsell, no browsing tiers.
